When you call to set up your appointment, please come in at least 15 minutes prior your session so that we can discuss a plan to help your body to be at its best.
If you have a scheduling conflict on the day of your session, please allow at least a four hour notice to postpone your session so that I may fill your spot. When coming into the YMCA just inform the front desk person that you are here for a Therapeutic Massage , however if you are a member you may proceed to the Co-Ed Massage Therapy Room.
